Program for the use of funds for water management activities for the year 2024.

This Montenegrin Program for the use of funds for water management activities for the year 2024 determines the scope of allocated funds, the distribution and amount of funds listed by designated purpose, and the method of implementation of the Program. This text also declares that all obligations towards the beneficiaries of the Program will be carried out according to the dynamics determined by the budget spending plan, which is approved by the state administration body responsible for financial affairs in accordance with the completed works, and if the investment holder is a local self-government unit, the funds will be directed in accordance with the request of the local self-government unit. The Water Administration, within the framework of the funds, may, during the implementation of this program, change the purpose of using the funds and redirect them from one purpose to another, up to the amount of the total funds.
