Programme on control of seed and planting materials on GMO presences for 2019.

This Programme, under the terms of article 75 of the Montenegrin Law on agricultural plant seeds (published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 28/2006 and amended in Gazettes 61/2011 and 48/2015), provides for the official national programme related to the monitoring and control practices as regards the presence of genetically modified organisms or their residues in agricultural seeds and planting materials, for the year 2019.
This Programme also sets the priority level scale that shall determine the type of monitoring practices, and provides for necessary sampling rules.
Control tests object of this Programme are aimed at contributing to the quality of planting material that is produced and marketed in Montenegro.
