Programme for control testing of seed and planting material on GMOs for 2020.

This text here sets the 2020 Montenegrin national Programme for control testing of seed and planting material on GMOs.
This Programme determines control tests of seed and planting material on genetically modifies organisms (or GMOs), that is, testing of seed and planting material (her for agricultural plant varieties), for which there is evident data on performed genetic modifications, especially in relation to varieties created by breeding houses that deal with genetic modifications.
Control tests are performed in order to determine the possible presence of GMOs by taking samples of seeds and planting material that is imported and placed on the internal Montenegrin market, and for the purpose of verification of the fulfillment of conditions in accordance with the regulations on GMOs for seed and planting material.
