Programme on granting the support for operational programmes in fruit and vegetable sector organizations starting 1 January 2022.

This Programme identifies the potential beneficiaries, determines the possibly supported agricultural products, and sets the period within which support is realized, the amount of funding to be provided, and sets the way to control the use of such funds, starting from 1 January 2022.
The beneficiaries of these support programmes are all Montenegrin based and officially recognized producer organizations in fruit and vegetable production sector, to which the public authority is competent for agriculture related affairs.
Operational programmes object of this text shall least for a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years and shall have a minimum of two of the following listed objectives: production planning, including forecasting and monitoring of production and consumption; improving product quality, in fresh or processed form; raising the market value of the product; product promotion, in fresh or processed form; environmental measures and production methods that respect the environment, including organic production; crisis prevention and management, including providing mentoring to others producer organizations, associations of producer organizations or individual producers.
This text further transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority), amending Decision No 716/2009/EC and repealing Commission Decision 2009/77/EC; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/891 of 13 March 2017 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors and supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to penalties to be applied in those sectors and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/2011; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/892 of 13 March 2017 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1145 of 7 June 2018 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/891 as regards producer organizations in the fruit and vegetables sector (see the last page for complete list).
