Abstract
This Programme for monitoring the characteristics of plant nutrition products for 2022 determines the performers, the number and type of samples, the method of sampling and the type of testing as regards the characteristics of plant nutrition products. The goal of the Programme is to check the correctness of plant nutrition products in circulation and use on the basis of selected types of plant nutrition products that are on the market and/or in use as for their physico-chemical properties. The Programme also aims to identify irregularities in order to carry out timely activities that is, withdrawing plant nutrition products from the market in order to eliminate the potential danger. Verifying measure shall include samples of the most common (dominant) types of plant nutrition products on the Montenegrin market. Obligations under the terms of this text are in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers.
