Programme for the use of funds for water management for 2021.

This Programme for the use of funds for water management for the year 2021, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on financing water management, determines the volume of funds, distribution and amount of funds listed by purpose and manner of execution. These funds are provided by the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2021. Obligations towards the Programme beneficiaries will be fulfilled according to the dynamics determined by the budget spending plan, which is approved by the state administration body responsible for budget affairs, and in accordance with performed works. If the holder of the investment is a local self-government unit, the funds will be directed in accordance with the request of related local self-government units. The Water Administration, within the funds, may change the purpose of fund use during the implementation of this Programme and may redirect them from one purpose to another, up to the amount of total funds. The Water Directorate is responsible for the implementation of this Programme.
