Abstract
This Regulation determines the method and criteria for allocation of funds for stimulating direct investment and improving the overall competitiveness of Montenegrin economy, here under the terms of the national Law on regional development.
Funds object of this text, shall be allocated also in accordance with the terms of the national programme for improving the competitiveness of economy.
The above mentioned programme defines the criteria and method of allocation of funds, the dynamics of disbursement of funds in dependence on the purpose of each project, and sets the monitoring and control over its implementation. This kind of programme shall be adopted each year, by the Government of Montenegro, upon proposal of the state administration body in charge of economic affairs, by 31 March at last.
These stimulating direct investments aimed for improving the competitiveness of the economy can be awarded to a company and/or to a legal if suitable to the terms of article 4 of this text.
