Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of the harmful organism Phyllosticta citricarpa (Mcalpine) Van der Aa (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 17/2017). Changer are regarding the contents of article 4 (introduction of certain fruits originating from Brazil, South Africa and Uruguay). Also new articles 4a (introduction of certain fruits originating in Argentina) and 4b (reporting on non-compliant shipments) are here added. This text transposes the rules contained in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/682 of 26 April 2021 amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/715 as regards specified fruits originating in Argentina.
