Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on plant health protection, prescribes phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of harmful organism Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa, when importing certain fruits originating in Brazil, South Africa and Uruguay. Fruits vectors of this particular plant harmful organism are Citrus L., Fortunella Swingle, Poncirus Raf. and their hybrids, except fruits of Citrus aurantium L. and Citrus latifolia Tanaka. This text transposes the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/715 setting out measures in respect of certain fruits originating in certain third countries to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of the harmful organism Phyllosticta citricarpa (McAlpine) Van der Aa.
