Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on procedures and conditions for the allocation of preferential tariff quotas for the import of agricultural products (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 2/2019). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (allocation of quotas for the import of agricultural products performed by the administrative body); article 4 (public call contents); article 6 (procedural limits for importers). Also the word “custom administration” is now replaced with “administration” (in articles 3 and 7).
