Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary procedure and related conditions for the allocation of import preference tariff quotas for agricultural products, according to the confirmed free trade agreements, scope, method of distribution, deadlines and reporting dynamics on the allocation of such quota.
Quota allocation, object of this text, is made and can apply for agricultural products for which it has been established such preferential import tariff as regards the Montenegro.
This Regulation also transposes the rules contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006 of 31 August 2006 laying down common rules for the administration of import tariff quotas for agricultural products managed by a system of import licenses.
The Annex (1 and 2) is also an integrated part of this publication (administrative forms and request sheets).
