Regulation amending the Regulation on additives for animal feed and premixtures which can be placed on the market.

This Regulation amends the provisions brought by the Regulation on additives for animal feed and premixtures which can be placed on the market (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Montenegro 7/2018 and already amended in the Gazette 48/2018).
Changes are related to the updated official list of approved animal feed additives and substances (Annex to the text).
This text transposes the provisions contained in the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/762 of 8 March 2018 establishing common safety methods on safety management system requirements pursuant to Directive (EU) 2016/798 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Commission Regulations (EU) No 1158/2010 and (EU) No 1169/2010; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/130 of 25 January 2018 concerning the authorization of a preparation of endo-1,4-beta-xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8) produced by Trichoderma reesei (BCCM/MUCL 49755) as a feed additive for pigs for fattening (holder of authorization Berg and Schmidt GmbH Co.
