Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions to be met by legal persons performing training of persons responsible for marketing and use of plant protection products (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 28/2016).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (setting rules on legal entities that educates persons responsible for the trade of plant protection products in terms of professional staff), where the word “trade” form the first line of the text is here replaced with the term “use”.
