Abstract
This Regulation defines various conditions for professional staff, equipment and facilities for legal entities that perform the official training of persons responsible for marketing and use of plant protection products on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
This text transposes the rules contained in the article 5 of Chapter 2 of Annex I and II of Directive 2009/128/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for Community action for achieving the sustainable use of pesticides.
