Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on conditions for import and transit of equidae (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 21/2017, and already amended in Gazette 78/2017).
Amendments made in this publication are related to the modified contents of article 5a which was added in the above mentioned amending publication. These changes are related to sanitary issues and animal health status in relation to the contagious equine arteritis disease.
