Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on conditions for import of birds (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 60/2017).
Changes are related to the modified and added contents to the article 5 (detailed bird import necessary conditions, paragraphs 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d are been added, see article 1 of this publication).
The text transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 92/65/EEC of 13 July 1992 laying down animal health requirements governing trade in and imports into the Community of animals, semen, ova and embryos not subject to animal health requirements laid down in specific Community rules referred to in Annex A (I) to Directive 90/425/EEC.
