Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions, manner and procedure for selection of hosts for the maintenance of mountain paths (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 68/2010). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 2 (details on eligible hosts), 3 (process of choosing the host of mountain trails that is done by public announcement), 4 (contents of public announcement), and 5 (“competent union” is here replaced by the word “Ministry”).
