Abstract
This Regulation amends certain issues part of the Regulation on the conditions for obtaining, maintaining, suspending and subtracting the health status of sheep and goats-Brucellosis (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro Official Gazette 44/2015).
Changes and some new provisions are regarding the general terms and issues (article 2); conditions for collection centers (article 20); transport and transporters (article 22); and certificate related provisions (in addition to the provisions of the article 22).
This text transposes the rules and provisions contained in the: Council Directive 91/68/EEC of 28 January 1991 on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in ovine and caprine animals.
