Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribes the conditions for obtaining, maintaining, suspending and confiscating the health status of sheep or goats as regards the presence of animal disease called brucellosis, and further defines the conditions for the movement of sheep and goats, collection centers, traders and transporters.
This Regulation transposes certain rules contained in the Council Directive 91/68/EEC of 28 January 1991 on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in ovine and caprine animals.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
