Abstract
This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on conditions for registration of producers, processors, importers, distributors and store plants, plant products and supervised facilities (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 15/2013).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 which sets rules related to the request for entry in the indicated national Register (rules listed in paragraph 2 are amended with new list of necessary administrative and technical/educational requirements aimed for persons recognized as holders of specific plants). Also minor correction are indicated for paragraph 5 of article 3 (number of digits in coded denominations).
