Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and requirements (administrative, technical and market) for companies or other legal entities and entrepreneurs engaged (on the territory of Montenegro) in the production, processing, importation, storage and distribution of plants, plant products and other related articles (all issues to be registered into the Register of producers, processors, importers, distributors and storekeepers of plants, plant products and other related articles.

This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

This text transposes the contents of the following European Union legislative documents: Commission Directive 92/90/EEC of 3 November 1992 establishing obligations to which producers and importers of plants, plant products or other objects are subject and establishing details for their registration; and Commission Directive 93/50/EEC of 24 June 1993 specifying certain plants not listed in Annex V, part A to Council Directive 77/93/EEC.
