Regulation amending the Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the Register of biocidal products.

This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the Register of biocidal products (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 62/2016), as in accordance and for the purposes of the national Law on biocidal product.
Changes are regarding the contents of article 2, which lists all necessary data and information that shall be part of the Biocides Register (new issues are added, for a total of eighteen different data requirements to be entered into the Register, as follows: 1. the name and seat of the holder of the permit for placing the biocidal product into trade and use; 2. trade name of the biocide; 3. the number of the permit for placing the biocide together with, in the case of a group of biocides, the suffixes which are applied to individual biocides from the group of biocides; 4. date and term of validity of the license; 5. qualitative and quantitative composition of active and inactive substances, whose knowledge crucial for the correct use of biocides (for a group of biocides in quantitative composition the lowest and highest percentage of each active and inactive substance shall be stated, with the lowest the stated percentage of a particular substance may be 0%); 6. biocidal product manufacturer (names and addresses of production plant locations); 7. manufacturer of active substances (names and addresses of the location of production plants); 8. type of biocide formulation; 9. warning and notification marks; 10. type of product and exact description of the approved use, if necessary; 11. targeted harmful organisms; 12. doses and instructions for use; 13. categories of users; 14. probable direct or indirect effects, with first aid instructions and environmental protection measures; 15. instructions for safe disposal of the product and its packaging; 16. storage conditions and shelf life of biocides under normal storage conditions; 17. customs tariff number; 18. other conditions for placing biocides on the market and use that are prescribed by relevant laws.
