Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on food flavorings that can be used in and on food (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Montenegro 54/2018).
Changes are related to the updated and reprinted complete Annex, containing the complete list and related classification of all approved food flavors or aromas.
This text transposes the provisions contained in the Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on flavorings and certain food ingredients with flavoring properties for use in and on foods and amending Council Regulation (EEC) No 1601/91, Regulations (EC) No 2232/96 and (EC) No 110/2008 and Directive 2000/13/EC; Regulation (EC) No 2065/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 November 2003 on smoke flavorings used or intended for use in or on foods; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1321/2013 of 10 December 2013 establishing the Union list of authorized smoke flavoring primary products for use as such in or on foods and/or for the production of derived smoke flavorings; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 872/2012 of 1 October 2012 adopting the list of flavouring substances provided for by Regulation (EC) No 2232/96 of the European Parliament and of the Council, introducing it in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Commission Regulation (EC) No 1565/2000 and Commission Decision 1999/217/EC Text with EEA relevance; and other, see the end of the publication for the complete list.
