Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the manner of achievement and on the amount of incentive prices for electricity produced from renewable sources and high efficiency cogeneration (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Montenegro 3/2019).
Changes are related to the amended contents of the article 6 that sets the calculation formula and criteria for the calculation of incentive price for electricity obtained or produced in the facilities that use renewable energy sources and facilities for high efficiency cogeneration; and incentive price for electricity obtained or produced in small hydro-power plants, located on the territory of Montenegro.
