Regulation on the manner of achievement and on the amount of incentive prices for electricity produced from renewable sources and high efficiency cogeneration.

This Regulation here determines the manner for obtaining and necessary calculating method for the effective amount of incentive prices for the electricity produced in facilities that are using renewable energy sources and facilities for high efficiency cogeneration.
The energy producer can realize the incentive price for the electricity produced, if it has acquired the status of a privileged producer for that particular facility in accordance with the legislation which regulates the way of acquiring the status and the exercise of the rights of the privileged electricity producer.
This text is relevant for the following types of electricity production sites: wind power plants; biomass power plants; solar power plants present on residential, business and/or infrastructure facilities; power plants using solid landfill waste; waste gas power plants; biogas power plants; facilities for high efficiency cogeneration; small hydro power plants.
