Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on the manner of carrying out veterinary checks on live animals imported into Montenegro (Official Gazette 54/2015).
Significant changes are related to the list of documents and certificates (article 5); specific definitions of certain physical examination of live animals and necessary denominations; and common veterinary document issues (here called ZVUD).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Commission Decision 97/794/EC of 12 November 1997 laying down certain detailed rules for the application of the Council Directive 91/496/EEC as regards the veterinary checks on live animals to be imported from third countries.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation (containing specific equine examination requirements).
