Regulation amending the Regulation on the manner of performing official controls of products of animal origin intended for human consumption.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the manner of performing official controls of products of animal origin intended for human consumption (originally published in the Official Gazette of the of Montenegro 59/2016).
Changes are as follows: in article 2 the words “to family farms ”are replaced by the words “ animals and plants grown on the family farm, including wild plants and mushrooms". In article 4, paragraph 1 is amended to read: Small quantities of primary products that are produced on family farms, may be placed on the market for supply to the final consumer or for local market retail facilities. In article 5 details are added on hazardous contamination, and on traditional practices. In article 8 (paragraph 3) after the words: "on the farm" the words "if by direct examination found to meet the hygiene requirements of the premises and equipment referred to in article 5 of this Regulation”. Provisions of article 9 are deleted. Also some parts of the Annex are modified, see article 7 of this publication.
