Abstract
This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on the manner of performing official controls on non-animal origin food and feed (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 18/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 43/2017, 21/2018 and 20/2019).
Changes are related to the contents of the Annex, here containing the updated list of all food of non-animal origin and animal feed of non-animal origin which are subject to increased official controls and increased frequency of official on entering points, in order to determine the possible residues of harmful substances (here intended for international trade and import).
These provisions are transposing the contents of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 669/2009 of 24 July 2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin and amending Decision 2006/504/EC, and several other related documents as listed at the end of this text.
