Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner for the performance of official controls (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) as regards the indicated potential risk (food safety issues) in terms of chemical composition/residues in food/foodstuff and animal feed that are not originating from animals (animal derivation, content, or effective origin).
This Regulation adopts the rules contained in the Regulation EC No. 669/2009 of 24 July 2009 on the implementation of the Regulation EC no. 882/2004 of 29 March 2004 as regards the increased level of official controls over the import of food and feed for animals of non-animal origin; also amending the EC Decision 2006/504.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
