Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on maximum permissible quantities of undesirable substances in animal feed (Official Gazette 31/2017).
Amendments are related to the effective levels of maximum permissible quantities of undesirable substances in animal feed that are here updated. Technical updates in several Annexes as listed in the text (updated Annexes are an integrated part of this publication).
This text further transposes the rules and provisions contained in the: Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2229 of 4 December 2017 amending Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum levels for lead, mercury, melamine and decoquinate.
