Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary parameters establishing the effective maximum permissible quantities of undesirable substances (causing a possible danger to human, animal or environmental health) that can be present in animal feed (on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 7 May 2002 on undesirable substances in animal feed; and Recommendation Annex No 2006/576/EC of 17 August 2006 on the incidence of deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, ochratoxin A, T - 2 and HT - 2 and fumonisins in products intended for animal feeding.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
