Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on measures to prevent the emergence, detect, suppress and eradicate the infectious disease such as atypical poultry plague (Newcastle Disease), published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 36/2015.
Changes are related to the ordinary vaccination issues and requirements set out in the article 11.
This Regulation also transposes the rules contained in the Commission Decision of 22 October 2010 amending Decision 93/152/EEC laying down the criteria for vaccines to be used against Newcastle disease in the context of routine vaccination programmes.
