Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions prescribed by the Regulation on measures for the prevention of occurrence, detection, suppression and eradication of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 54/2015).
Changes are related to the complete re-editing of article 4 containing all official terms and definitions; reporting and data delivery provisions (article 16); and added and changed provisions to the article 30, 31, 34, 35 and 37 of the original text.
The amending text actually transposes the rules contained in the Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiforms encephalopathy; Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/27 of 13 January 2016 amending Annex III and Annex IV of the Regulation (EC) 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the establishment of rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies; Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1396 of 18 August 2016 on amending certain annexes to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council on the establishment of rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies; Regulation (EU) 2017/110 of 23 January 2017 amending Annex IV. and X of Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council on establishing rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathy; Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/893 of 24 May 2017 amending Annexes I and IV to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Annexes X, XIV and XV to Commission Regulation (EU) No 142/2011 as regards the provisions on processed animal protein.
