Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on methods of marking of trees for cutting, receiving and marking of wood assortments (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Montenegro 37/2019).
Changes include the addition of paragraph 9 to article 9 of the original text that sets the rules regarding the process of certification and related certificates of origin for wood assortments. The added provisions provide for the certification of origin for timber wood assortments from private forests, also the necessary administrative form (8a) is here added and published among the text, see page 2.
