Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner, conditions and related methods for marking of trees for cutting or timber, including the methods for marking of wood assortments and data delivery or reporting on performed logging or similar.
Method and conditions of remittance of felling trees are listed in article 2; selecting and marking trees for timber in article 3; logging of felling trees (article 4); survey, marking and registration of wood assortments (article 6); marking stumps of illegally cut trees (article 7); form and content of the marks (article 8).
The Annex is also part of this text (containing the criteria list for selecting timber assortments; and administrative sheets and forms, reporting sheets).
