Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on microbiological criteria for food safety (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 26/2016)
Changes are related to the new Annex 1 (containing the full list of specific criteria respected for each food category).
This Regulation further transposes the provisions contained in the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1495 of 23 August 2017 amending Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 as regards Campylobacter in broiler carcases.
