Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions prescribed by the Regulation on the phyto-sanitary measures to prevent the introduction, spread and suppression of organisms harmful to plants and the lists of harmful organisms, plant products and monitored facilities (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 39/2011).
Major changes are regarding the general terms and denominations; phytosertification terms and related inspection provisions; and also provides for a new Annex 1.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this publication.
