Abstract
This Regulation hereby stipulates the list of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and monitored-controled facilities on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, including the phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of certain harmful organisms (also transport, transport and international trade).
This Regulation further defines the necessary methods for carrying phytosanitary inspection over the consignments of plants, as well as the minimum number and sample size for shipments (also small amounts of certain types of plants and plant products), and the form and content of phyto-certificates and re-export phyto documents (copy of phytocertificates issued in the exporting country that has not ratified the International Plant Protection Convention).
