Abstract
This Regulation amends the Regulation on the phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction, spread and suppression of organisms harmful to plants and the lists of harmful organisms, plant products and monitored facilities (Official Gazette of Montenegro 39/2011 and 80/2016) by providing an updated Annex 1.
This Regulation transposes the provisions contained in the Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2017/1279 of 14 July 2017 amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
