Abstract
This Regulation amends some issues brought by the Regulation on special hygiene requirements for animal origin products (Official Gazette of Montenegro 32/2016, 80/2016 and 57/2017).
Changes are made to the adoption of the new Annex 1, that contains the complete list of special sanitary and other technical requirements for unprocessed and processed products of animal origin; also slaughtering and various meat related hygiene issues.
This text transposes the provisions contained on the following documents: Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/355 of 11 March 2016 amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the specific requirements for gelatine, collagen and highly refined products of animal origin intended for human consumption; and Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1981 of 31 October 2017 amending Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards temperature conditions during transport of meat.
