Abstract
This Regulation amends certain contents of the Regulation on sports and recreational fisheries (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 34/2010, and already amended in Gazettes 22/2014, 28/2018 and 23/2019).
Changes here made are related to the contents of article 13 (which determines the number of permanent and temporary fishing permits) of the original text; in particular, in paragraph 3 of article 13 the indicated maximum possible number of issued temporary sports and recreational fishery permits is now raised from 300 to 1000 units.
