Abstract
This Regulation amends several parts of the Regulation on the type of equipment and tools, technical characteristics, method of marking and the quantity of fishing gear and equipment used in commercial fishing and the number of permits to be issued for a particular fishing zone (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 1/2019).
Changes are related to the contents of article 4 (standing fishing nets and gear, also for aquatic organisms); article 5 (fishing traps); and article 6 (different types of fishing tools, both bottom and floating, in commercial fisheries).
This publication also adds an Annex to the text (containing the sample pic defining the method of measurement of fishing tool-hook).
