Abstract
This Regulation sets the detailed rules on different types of fishing tools and equipment, their technical characteristics, the maximum quantity and the way of marking of such the fishing gear and equipment that can be used in the commercial fishing on internal waters (freshwater fisheries) of Montenegro. In article 2, the list of original names of fishing gear and equipment that is permitted for use (different types of nets, grind, ect).
The fishing gear placed in the water shall be marked with floating markings containing the license number (article 11). This text further defines the number of permits that can be issued for a particular fishing zone (the fishing area within the protected nature reserve "Skadar Lake" and its maximum number of fishing permits are determined in article 12).
