Abstract
This Regulation sets the effective amount of fees for the performance of several forest management/forest function duties and tasks such as tree remittance/marking, surveying and stamping/labelling of wood assortments, including the part of the costs related to the execution of such duties (here denominated as execution projects).
These rules are meant for both private and state owned forests present on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro, with different amounts for each type of wood and ownership.
