Abstract
This Regulation sets the official classification (here classified into especially dangerous infectious diseases; dangerous infectious diseases; and other infectious diseases) of infectious animal diseases, sets the rules for test and diagnosis, and defines the necessary method of reporting over the possible, confirmed or eradicated occurrence/presence of such diseases (also parasitic diseases, zoonoses) on the territory of Montenegro.
This text further determines the relations between competent state authorities and international bodies as regards the information exchange.
This Regulation further transposes the provisions contained in the Council Directive 82/894/EEC of 21 December 1982 on the notification of animal diseases within the Community.
