Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the classification of waste, provides a official national waste catalog, including the mandatory treatment methods, and processing and removal of waste.
Catalogue of waste is a list of the properties of waste and place of origin (classified in groups, subgroups and types of waste) among the activities and/or operations that are effectively producing waste.
Classification of waste is done on the basis of the Waste Catalogue, which is an integral part of the Annex.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
