Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the specific and detailed conditions for import and transit (through the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) of animals and products of animal origin.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 92/118/EEC of 17 December 1992 on the establishment of animal health requirements and public health requirements which regulates trade and imports into the Community of products which are not subject to requirements laid down in the specific Community rules referred to in Annex A of the Directive 89/662/EEC, and considering the list of pathogenic agents stipulated by the Directive 90/425/EEC.
