Abstract
This Regulation provides the concrete content and other technical and administrative requirements and standards aimed to define the equipment, facilities and staff that should meet and observed by all companies and/or entrepreneurs who carry out the processing and/or disposal of waste, and detailed description of working process and other related issues.
The plan also contains the following information: on the producer of waste (name and seat, or the name and address, tax identification number); on waste (type, properties, and part number); on the technological process that created the waste; on the description of the technological process (general).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
