Regulation on closer marketing requirements for feed.

This Regulation stipulates the detailed requirements (technical, chemical, procedural and other as listed in the Annex that is an integral part of this publication) for placing on the market and for the effective use of animal feed (both animals for food production and not for food production and/or not only for food production), closely setting the production requirements, labelling, packing, presentation and offences and penalties.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Regulation (EC) No 767/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the placing on the market and use of feed.
