Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary rules and criteria as regards the testing and verification over the sustainability of biofuels (and other similar bioliquids or bioreacts aimed at reducing the greenhouse gas emissions) and their required energy share in total national final energy consumption, including the agriculture sector and its consumption of the same.
This text also stipulates the coherent rules and obligations for distributors, producers and wholesalers, that have to offer free access to necessary information, and to deliver the related data on the use and movement of biofuels on the territory of Montenegro.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms).
